We are constantly changing our Remote Access systems. We use different partners depending on who is offering the quickest and most secure options.
Currently we are using www.showmypc.com This company offers secure user generated password control.
Grant access
Follow the simple steps below to grant Compuland remote access to your system.
Step 1
Go to www.showmypc.com
Step 2
You will see a large “green” option of “Show My PC View Remote PC”. Will you select this please.
Step 3
You will be asked to run or/and save/yes options. Can you please go ahead with these
Step 4
You will then be given a screen that allows you to “Show MY PC Now”. Will you select this please. You may be asked to Allow the program to run. But you will eventually see a series of numbers to the right of “Show MY PC Now”.
Step 5
Ring us with these numbers which will then allow us access to your system
